Bonus eligibility and country restrictions
Oshi Casino limits each bonus offer to one claim across a person and their family, household address, email, telephone, account, payment details and device. Opening another account does not create another entitlement to an offer.
Country restrictions differ by bonus type.
- Players from Sweden cannot receive bonuses, join promotions, receive loyalty-tier rewards or exchange comp points.
- The welcome package excludes Finland, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
- No-deposit offers exclude those same four countries, plus Poland, India, Turkey, Mexico and Argentina.

Taking or declining a bonus
Oshi Casino permits only one active bonus at once, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. A player can decline a bonus or cancel it without starting the wagering requirement.
Unless an offer states otherwise, bonus conditions include a qualifying deposit, a maximum award, wagering requirements, a stake ceiling and an expiry period. Oshi Casino uses cash funds before bonus funds during play.
Bonus winnings become withdrawable after the relevant wagering requirements have been completed. If the bonus expires before those requirements are met, both the bonus funds and their winnings are removed. A player may instead request their deposit back before completing wagering, but this cancels the bonus and its winnings, leaving any remaining funds for payment.
Stakes and qualifying games
For bonus wagering, Oshi Casino's default stake ceiling is 5 euros or 5 US dollars, unless the offer specifies another limit. This ceiling also covers a doubled stake after a round and the purchase of an in-game bonus round.
Eligible slots contribute their full stake towards wagering. There are named slot exclusions, and jackpot slots are excluded altogether. Non-live baccarat, blackjack, Hi-Lo, roulette and poker contribute 5%, as does video poker. Live-dealer play contributes nothing towards the requirement.
During real-money wagering, the stated maximum stake is 50 euros or 50 US dollars for slots. For cards, roulette and lotteries, it is 500 euros or 500 US dollars.
Welcome bonus conditions
Oshi Casino requires a deposit of at least 20 euros or 20 US dollars for each of the first four deposit bonuses. Other account currencies have their own stated amounts.
The welcome bonus and winnings from its free spins each require wagering of 40 times the relevant amount. The bonus lasts seven days. Free spins must be activated within one day, with a seven-day duration for the spins and their resulting winnings.
Welcome free-spin winnings are capped at 200 euros or 200 US dollars. The cashout ceiling for each welcome deposit bonus is 5,000 euros or 5,000 US dollars. Finishing wagering does not remove an applicable winnings or withdrawal cap. Further play with those bonus-derived funds remains subject to that cap.
Verification and bonus misuse
Oshi Casino checks bonus-related withdrawal winnings before processing payment. It may request confirmation of personal information and payment details. Account verification messages can request identity documents, address evidence or a source-of-wealth questionnaire. Additional verification can also be required when a turnover threshold is reached, with account access suspended until completion.
If a player abuses an offer, Oshi Casino may stop further bonuses and cancel winnings from bonus funds. This can happen during wagering or after it has finished.
